Our Chef programme allows you to cover all the components online which are accessible on your PC or mobile phone. You will observe different methods and techniques through engaging videos and multimedia and interactive digital learning experiences, recipes and structured practical sessions alongside professional chef assessor support. You will also undertake a guided workplace experience component.

*To be issued with a Trade Certificate, the learner must have completed and passed a Trade Test at an accredited Trade Test centre.
